Why do you need us?

The Companies (Directors' Report) and Limited Liability Partnerships (Energy and Carbon Report) Regulations 2018 (the 2018 Regulations) implement the UK government's policy on Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR).

The 2018 Regulations require large unquoted companies, and academy trusts, that have consumed (in the UK), more than 40,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy in the reporting period to include energy and carbon information within their directors' (trustees') report, for any period beginning on or after 1 April 2019.
